Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in providing data support and analytical materials to strategy and planning manager to drive the business performance.
  • Understanding different source of raw data, standardize and merge them into single database.
  • Responsible in designing/enhancing the Business Management framework, dashboards/metrics automation and working across regional standardization.
  • Enhance and automate existing reporting and tool to be more users friendly. Reduce human touch points and value adds to business leader.
  • Maintenance on all sort of report and ensure high accuracy & meeting the report publish timeline which require effective liaison with sales and support team.
  • Be able to understand key metrics of the business and able to find the root cause of data error and solve it within given ETA.
  • Analyze business issues and deliver new insights that help improve business performance for key enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication of key policies and enablement initiatives to Channel Sales teams in APJ region.
  • Drive the accuracy of reporting on such key enablement initiatives, through incisive evaluation and analysis of data, metrics and KPIs.
Qualification * Prerequisite Degree in Business Studies or Finance or a related professional qualification; MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Finance or Business Analysis related job scope, preferably in an MNC and from the IT industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with strong business and finance acumen; ensure attention to detail and accuracy of data
  • Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and with management teams across the APJ region.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work effectively in an unstructured environment
  • Process oriented thinking.
  • Advanced PC skills using Excel and PowerPoint are a must. Preferable with technical data manipulation skills using SQL Server, Tableau database or any BI Tools.
