Administrative Assistant (Consumer Service Business Division)

  • To perform and organize the general administrative duties including attending to stakeholder's inquiries
  • To communicate with internal and external stakeholders and conduct administrative arrangement punctually and accurately
  • To handle documentation and transactions of international trade operations
  • Data entry for SAP system
  • To record and monitor functions by following the internal rule and guideline
  • To support market research for healthcare and service industries


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field or equivalent
  • Working experience in multinational company is an added advantage
  • Trading knowledge and experience in export and import transactions and documentations are added advantage
  • Possess experience and strength to cooperate and negotiate with customers/clients
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude
  • Reliable, able to work independently and has a desire to grow with the company
  • Possess an ethical mind, strong mental strength, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated with good leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
