- Prepare daily bank reconciliation report.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filing system.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
- Manage accounting & admin documents and filing.
- Handle financial & admin ad-hoc task as required.
- Any others duties when as assigned.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Posses Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Experienced in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
- Familiar with accounting standards.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of AUTO COUNT accounting software.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive,confidential information.
