Job Purpose

The incumbent will work with Head of IT Infrastructure in managing IT Security and cyber security. Manage all facets of first level support, including line managing first level staff and assets. Ensuring change control and information security procedures are followed across Rakuten Trade.

This role also requires in prepare and monitor IT Infrastructure budget and costing, strategic planning and audit matters.

 Duties & Responsibilities

 1.                   Coordinate internal audit team, external audit team and IT team to provide the information as audit request and update the status of audit next step to IT management.

2.                   Drive continuous process improvement to all security functions utilizing KPIs and metrics.

3.                   Advise on security operation controls to systems or applications when it comes to implementing new technology

4.                   Coordinate with Risk Management in performing activities related to IT security, IT risk and compliance

5.                   Perform vulnerability and penetration management program, reporting with risk prioritize, remediation and recommending appropriate solutions

6.                   Responsible to manage and report to Management on cyber security issue and status on weekly and monthly basis.

7.                   Provide generate periodic statistical fault reports for Head of IT Infrastructure apart of weekly management report.

8.                   Participate in DR and BCP simulation including infrastructure, security readiness and checklist.

9.                   Involve and provide feedback on cyber security activity, audit and briefing to regulator and staff.

10.               Periodically review and update IT related policy and procedure.

 Qualifications

 1.       Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology.

2.       5 years and above working experience in IT with a focus on information security or IT audit.

3.       Knowledge of ISO27001, NIST Security Framework, PCIDSS and IT security control

4.       Certified in Information Security Management System (ISMS) would be advantage

5.       Exceptional communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills

6.       Good command of written and spoken English

7.       Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language

8.       Ability to prioritize, track and manage divergent tasks and action items

9.       Ability to influence in a team-oriented, collaborative

10.   Self-starter with a positive work attitude and be able to work independently.

11.   Familiar with security in network, server operations and regulator guideline such as Securities Commission (SC).

12.   Strong team player with ability to work in a team and as individual contributor.

13.   Able to work with minimum supervision
