JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration required (MBA preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination ability, strong initiative and teamwork spirit; English is heard and heard, English can be used as a working language, and permanent residence obeys global distribution.
- Excellent ability of overall planning, organization, coordination and communication, and strong execution.
- At least minimum 7 years experience in Sales Management.
- At least 10 years experience in direct or outsides sales (B2B Plus).
- A minimum of 10 years of sales working experience in MLM/FMCG
- Success Factors Sales Product Solution Knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively obtain such knowledge
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Can withstand the pressure of frequent travel.
- Collaborate with regional customer managers to find sales leads for NCIG product customers' solutions, customer demand research & needs analysis, solution design, project presentation, configuration quotation, pre-target guidance, technical pre-sales and other pre-sales work.
- Marketing campaign planning, brand communication: Annual planning of NCIG product market solutions and brand marketing activities, towing and assisting marketing departments to plan and implement specific marketing activities.
- Marketing campaign planning, brand communication: Annual planning of NCIG PC product market solutions and brand marketing activities, towing and assisting marketing departments to plan and implement specific marketing activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure achievement of Sales KPI's.

- Coordination and execution of all sales/marketing activities and events.
- Coaching and providing training to team members
- Formulates effective sales strategies, implement plans and programs to drive profitable business growth and promote maximum earning opportunities.
- Ensure that you are continuously updated on new services launched, and educating your sales team on these programs/ services. Actively monitor launch of these programs in the market through the sales team.
- Coaching and mentoring of new sales staff and on-going development of existing sales staff to ensure they are exceeding their objectives
- Evaluate sales staff performance of direct reports, and manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
