SERVICE ADVISOR FUNCTION
- Work closely with and maintain an excellent business relationship with current and new customers, supplier and vendor.
- Follow up closely on sales and service enquiry and coordinate with customers.
- Focus on influencing and delivering a positive customer experience according to the company standard and vision.
- Interact with cross-functional group to solve business and customer issues, provide advisory to customer or order problem and deliver solution.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with leadership and team, leverage the knowledge and skills of team professionally.
- Responsible to attend to walk-in customers, assist in correspondence with customer by email, message, call or any medium and follow up and resolve customer complaints.
- Assist to follow up on the status of service job order and monitor closely.
- Provide technical support to team for any related request, inquiry, quotation, payment or confirmation.
- Assist to prepare quotation, PO, Invoice and perform data entry and responsible to update customer on the job order/ service status.
- Assist for collection of payment.
- Service reminder for customers 6 month prior to their next service car.
- Follow up call to customers within 2-3 weeks after service done.
- Promote accessories or any add-ons for customer’s car to deliver sales.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Atleast 2-3 years of relevant experience (AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR/ AUTOMOTIVE TEECHNICIAN).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excellent in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular), ERP, SQL, Microsoft Office, well verse to Excel spreadsheet .
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills + negotiation skills.
- Willing to work 6 Days a week (Mon-Saturday).
