- Communicate closely with customer and supplier to understand both requirement and others through verbal and e-mail.
- Responsible for organizing all files and proper storage
- To prepare the variuse of report
- Data entry for Sales Plan and Result, Finished Good and etc.
- Phone call answering.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in Administration equivalent.
- At least 1 years working experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
- Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 is added advantage
- Application must be willing to work at Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage.
