Reporting to Head of Digital &Marketing Communication Manager. The ideal candidate should have a blend of marketing, analytical and technology acumen to execute marketing initiatives in the digital landscape. Acumen required will be in social media, email, influencer marketing, customer-facing websites and mobile apps. (Digital campaigns, develop content, generate leads, customer segmentation)
Social Media Management: Developing a distinct online presence of various channels including Facebook, Instagram&Youtubeetc) across multiple markets. Strategic planning & maintain our social media presence with scheduled posting & sponsored ads.
Content & Visual Development: Work hand in hand with in house designers& editors. Plan, execute& update websites, yearly marketing calendar, EDM, social media and display advertising campaigns with combination of graphic/text/video.Plan and execute all web. SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Increase traffic: Utilise and manage the full digital marketing mix in order to increase website/online marketplace traffic& sales (SEO, PPC, Affiliate, Display, Social Media, mobile apps)
Online Marketplace: Handle well on planning sales strategy, content updating and inventory stock control cum customer service on our online partner marketplace like: 11street, Lazadaetc
Reporting & Analysis:Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs). Deliver results-based reports and insights on marketing & sales activities, campaign
Creative and Fun: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiplechannels and customer touch points.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Diploma orBachelor Degree in related field
- At least 3 year of hands-on execution of social media strategies across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated experience in developing creative and successful content. Sponsored ads tracking and reporting.
- Experiences/Knowleage in Adobe series (Photoshop, Illusrator, InDesign, PremierePro, AfterEffect) is an advantages
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ; ability to communicatein English is an added advantage
