- Responsible in preparing invoices, delivery order, purchase order, work order or any other relevant documents for communication within company and transaction with customer.
- Responsible in two ways data transfer and information sharing from customers to top management effectively and efficiently.
- Assist sales team on paperwork in term of key in data, filing, documenting, and data-base and other relevant task.
- Assist production and graphics department on communication task with customers.
- Prepare schedule, list, and documents for executive decision making.
- Perform any ad hoc on scheduled task assigned by superior or the management from time to time.
- Candidate must COMPLETE at least STPM level.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Responsible and able to cooperate with team
- Work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work OT if necessary or required by management.
- Full time position available.
- Possess own transport to workplace.
