- Site Visit, Monitor Work Progress, Tender Visit and Costing
- Produce weekly Work Report for Clients
- Cost Control & Cost Benefit Analysis. Set Budgets for Payments, Inventory Needs and Materials.
- Preparing, Negotiating and Analyzing Costs for Tenders and Contracts.
- Negotiating the Cost of Projects.
- Other administrative duties that will be designated from time to time
