Job Responsibilities :
  • Good Subcontractor, Vendor, Partner Management.
  • Must be able to prioritize (including multitasking) and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints.
  • Able to identify risks and issues, mitigate and communicate to the project team, program management, and associated steering committee members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s requirements and how best to respond from an infrastructure perspective – taking into consideration their past experiences, their immediate challenges, and their strategic roadmap.
  • Develop Project details plans.
  • Perform details Project documentation.
  • Perform Project Coordination support and end to end project management delivery.
  • Arranging, Chairing and attending both internal and external project meetings.
  • He/she will act as a SPOC for customer escalations and own them throughout the lifecycle of the escalation.
  • Perform good customer management. Build up a good customer relationship for helping the project running smoothly and also develop a good company image to increase more sales in the future.
  • Leads the planning, executing and implementation projects and rollouts.
  • Provides management with a regular project update, creates and maintains trusting relationships, identifies and manages project issues and risks.
  • Conducts all project management tasks to ensure project scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals are achieved.
  • Lead from the front on Business Process set-up workshop by demonstrating Domain/industry experience on best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, functional and technical team members.
  • Identifies and communicates resource conflicts.
  • Applies testing knowledge to develop user acceptance criteria, testing activities, and integration schedule, to ensure all changes and new functionalities are successfully added to the new system landscape.
  • Creates and maintains project documentation charters, PM plans, schedules, status reports, change requests and etc.
  • Monitors and controls the execution phase to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all business and system requirements.
  • Develops and maintains standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
Job Requirements :
  • Prefer Education with Bachelor/ Degree in IT.
  • At least 3 - 5 years in project management experiences.
  • Prefer 6-8 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure Technical Skill. Prefer Networking and Security.
  • Possess Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince II) is an added advantage.
  • Must have experience in leading technical, time-critical projects (multitasking as required).
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration – both verbal and written.
  • Good in MS Project, MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. PowerPoint for project documentation & Reporting.
  • Good Presentation, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects concurrently.
