We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join us! If you are a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR and promotional events.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and manage public events to boost our brand awareness.
- Manage communication with speakers and sponsors.
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members.
- Curate engaging content and updates for the company’s social media accounts.
- Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community.
- Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the space.
- Help tour new members when required.
- Support the sales team in the research of prospective members in the tour pipeline, follow-up and closing.
Your Requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- BA / BS or equivalent in Hospitality , Business, Marketing, or other related degree.
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy.
