Job Responsibilities :
- To manage, guide and motivate project team members to achieving aims of the project
- Develop comprehensive project schedule and method of statement
- Agreeing project objectives and representing the client's or organisation's interests
- Providing advise to project team member on the management of projects and evaluating risk assessment daily
- Organising the various professional people and sub-contractor working on a project
- Making sure that all the aims of the project, quality standard and safety compliance in place
- Using IT monitoring systems to keep track of workers and site progress
- Monitoring and coordinate sub-contractors to ensure all guidelines are maintained
- Overseeing the project costing and billing on time
- Shall have experience in Data Centre products including UPS, Generator set, Busway, PDU c/w K-13 ISO Transformer, Computer room air conditioning, magnetic oil free chillers, real time thermal scanning system, DCIM monitoring system, Fire Protection System and etc.
- Shall have experience and understanding on latest Data Center design in terms of power and cooling distribution.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Data Center product and solution by participating in educational program and conference.
- Any other duties which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
Qualifications :
- Preferably educated to Degree level in power electronics, electrical and mechanical field with a proven track record of successfully implementing & providing project management related to ICT, Data Center and M&E industry.
- Preferable minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience.
- Certification & Knowledge in Data Centre design guidelines i.e. Uptime Institute, TIA 942, ASHRAE, NFPA standards etc.
- Good leadership with good interpersonal skills and people management skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
