- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- To have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
- Analyse customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- To be aware of all house rules and assist in enforcing them.
- To set targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures.
- To ensure smooth cooperation between the Restaurant, the Kitchen and the Stewarding.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Proven food and beverage management experience.
- Strong knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Good in delegating multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Exemplary in guest-oriented and service-minded.
- Restaurants & menu is Non-Halal.
