We are looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) who is able to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract. Also, the CPM will be required to manage and be fully accountable for several projects, both from a customer delivery point of view and as well fully financially accountable towards the internal stakeholders.
a. Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources & plans & monitor all activities.
b. Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor & handle changes, conflicts & escalations.
c. Handle customer & stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings & customer events.
d. Manage project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.
e. Develop the business: participate to contract preparation & to pre-sales meeting.
f. Establish change management process for project scope changes.
g. Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas.
a. Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant discipline is preferred.
b. Minimum of 1-2 years as a CPM with customer fronting role.
c. Experience in managing IT Systems Integration projects.
d. Demonstrated experience in the end to end delivery, including managing Financials & costs of complex IT Systems Integration projects.
e. Experience in working with project management methodology, processes and tools.
f. Experience in leading Pre-sales work including provision of cost estimates for IT Systems Integration activities would be an advantage.
g. Experience in Partner and subcontractor management.
h. PMP certified would be an advantage.
i. Contract management.
j. 3rd party product supplier’s management experience.
