Short Role Description

Our client is a market leader in news and social networking industry. The Virtual Profiling Specialist will primarily call to qualify target companies for sales opportunities. The Virtual Profiling Specialist is responsible to map the organization and identify the key decision makers before qualifications begin.

Responsibility/Activity

Desk research to identify prospects for the customers
Confirming prospects data such as decision maker, business location, contact details, size of business, type of business, etc. as specified by customer. Confirming prospect data may be done via the phone.
Validating customer’s or external prospect lists
Creation of unqualified leads for inside sales
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school degree required, college degree preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Customer Service
Experience in Account Management will be an added advantage
Experience using CRM is optional
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English
Have good interpersonal and team-working skills.
Goal oriented and innovative
Have excellent organizational and administrative skills (including attention to detail)
Have good presenting/training skills (for sharing standards with colleagues and team-members)
Has intermediate skill in using MS Office application (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Job Type: Contract

Salary: RM3,300.00 to RM3,600.00 /month
