1. Responsible to assist in developing related training materials and training plan
2. Liaise with other department and contribute to matters than can improve internal staff performance through training & developing.
3. Compile training records and filling to all staff, enter training data into learning management system
4. Manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to placement of candidates) for local staff.
5. Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool / database of relevant candidates
6. Promote motivated and integrated workforce through employee relations programs and activities.
7. Handle employee grievances and issue related to employee relations.
8. To perform HRA duties when requested.
