- Handle client issues and enquiries.
- To process & monitor all parts claims.
- Handling claim investigation, replacement parts entering after finalizing, parts sending out follow up, warranty claims follow up and return deliveries.
- Processing claim by using Enterprise II system.
- Check to ensure that appropriate solutions were made to resolve complaint problems.
- Ensure diligent follow up on warranty issue.
- Perform General Administration work.
- Compiling reports & filing documents.
- To work cohesively with various department such as technical, sales, engineers, purchasing, logistics; internally & externally to achieve overall objective.
- Possess Diploma in any field.
- Candidate with relevant experience in Customer Service will have added advantage.
- Good team player.
- Able to read & write Chinese will be a plus point.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
