Job responsibilities:
- Handle Daily Purchasing operation including sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiating to price and expediting delivery schedule.
- Receive Purchase Requisition form from various departments and place an order.
- Prepare and issuance of the Purchase order.
- Track and trace Purchase order and delivery schedules and communicate the status updates to the relevant departments and storemen.
- Assist to establish and implement a new inventory system.
- Monitor stock movement to ensure minimum inventory holdings using inventory system.
- Identify and evaluate new vendors on pricing, quality, and level of service on a regular basis.
- Participate in full stock take.
- Able to maintain a good relationship with current existing and new suppliers.
- Arrangement of drivers to collect deliveries ordered.
- Check and approve suppliers' invoices against Purchase Orders and delivery orders.
- Assist in answering calls and doing proper documentation of documents.
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned by superiors.
Job requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): good communication skills, fast thinker, independent, motivated
- Chinese female preferred.
- Able to start immediately.
