- To take charge of the pre-sales and marketing activities for assigned products and solutions.
- To approach partners and resellers for products and solutions presentation.
- To strategize, propose and negotiate business proposition with prospects and business partners.
- To develop and manage new and existing customers to help sales personnel meet target(s).
- To develop and manage relationship with customers and business partner.
- To prepare presentation, quotation, proposal, tender submission for prospects and customers.
- To ensure solution accuracy from the presales phase to post sales delivery.
- To ensure a solution is technically scoped correctly from technology, cost and delivery capability standpoint.
- To stay current with trends relating to technology, IT and/or assigned market segment(s).
- To drive prompt resolution to escalated situations.
- To handle some new products and solutions that will be assigned.
- To assist in project management role/tasks that has been assigned.
- Preferably a Degree in Computer Science/ IT, Business/ Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 3-5 years of experience, capable to provide IT solutioning, proposal, technical evaluation and solution presentation.
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken. Ability to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Resourceful and possess strong knowledge in IT products/ services.
