Short Role Description:
- For our sales team developing this service for a market leader within the technology sector, we are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist with a solid sales profile.
- Lead Generation for Sales (Prospect qualification, Scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
- Identify leads and conduct lead management
- Successful execution of permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns
- Customer Information Center: This is an inbound sales line of business providing world class service to customers looking to purchase Client’s Products and Services or to gain information about client’s Products and Services
- Classic Telemarketing: Includes a) Tele-profiling and b) Tele-prospecting, and c) Telequalifying services and has the goal of converting a high percentage of contacts into qualified leads for client to close into sales
- Specialty Telemarketing, Suppliers will be calling on campaigns where client does not provide a list of contacts, or the list of contact is not the result of some type of marketing that client had done prior to attempted call
- High School Certification (SPM) or above
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
- Min. 1 year of experience in Tele-sales / telemarketing / sales (B2B / B2C)
- Prefer experience in IT Industry
- IT sales / Telemarketing in 3D Printer will be added advantage
- Customer service (Up-sell / Cross-sell) experience welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts and solutions
