Customer Service Consultant

Position          : Customer Service Consultant 

Location         : Menara Glomac, Kelana Business Centre 

Salary Range : RM 1,600 - RM 2,400 


The Job:

  •   Attend to members’ enquiries/complaints via calls concerning the services and   products provided by BonusLink.
  •   Required to handle calls to sell Partners’ range of products and services.



  •   Degree/Diploma or minimum STPM.
  •   Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  •   Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  •   Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment.


Salary :

  • RM1,600 - RM2,400 (depend on qualification and relevant working experience)

A competitive remuneration package inclusive of attractive salary, commission and Group Insurance packages will be offered to successful candidates.
