We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to help us in ensuring the overall restaurant operation is managing efficiently.
You are expected to oversee the frontline staff and the kitchen staff.
You must able to uplift and motivate our staff at all times, set work shift and schedules for the staff, preparation of food by staff comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
You will be involved in training staff with target to obtain high quality and excellent customer services standards.
Conduct monthly inventory
Duties include assisting customers with inquiries and complaints, responds efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for materials, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Expecting to work closely with the marketing team and kitchen operation
