Job Responsibilities :
- Administrative duties
- Order Management to ensure customer order deliver as per schedule and proivde shipment alert
- Handle inquiries from the customer through phone call or emails.
- Attend on customer compliant with patiently.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Established a good relationship with customers
- Must possess minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or in any filed.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least t years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge on the computer.
- Preferably Junior Executive and Entry Level specialized in Customer Service & Administrative Support or equivalent.
