- Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved
- Liaised with other staff members to ensure cleanliness
- Good management and communication skills
- Guiding and training new staff member (reception staff)
- To oversee the management direction and development
- To develop, monitor and scheduling facilities, operations and customer service satisfaction
- To train and motivate staffs under your care to hit their sales targets
- Able to work on weekend
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Language English and Malay. Chinese speaker is a plus.
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Self-motivated, professional attitude and appearance.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
