  • Liaise with the Company’s subsidiaries on all HR and administration related matters
  • Check staff attendance, monthly claims and medical invoices
  • Assist in payroll preparation
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Other administrative duties


  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
