Key Account Consultant/Manager( Client Servicing)

Selangor

This is an outdoor sales role where is very much about building relationship and maintaining all existing subscriber accounts/clients of BCI Asia. We are looking for new member to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • To understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction at all time.
  • Delivering presentations - product training through face to face meetings or via online training (skype or joinme meeting).
  • Follow through all standard of Excellent Account Management and update company's CRM system timely manner.
  • Consistently maintain clients renewal subscription and achieve renewal sales targets monthly & year to date. (Ensure all client subscription accounts been renewed on time)
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of BCI products and CRM system.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, maintaining relationship with client and managing client account is essential.
  • Positive mind-set ,excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fast learner, meticolus and quick adaptation to new processes within a less time frame.
  • Ability to build profitable relationship with client.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Ideally to start work within short notice.
  • We welcome fresh graduate who is willing to work hard and learn from basic.
  • Malaysian Only.
