Job Duty & Responsibilities
- Knowledge in basic software,hardware and networking (Windows, Mac, Linux).
- Provide support to customer on pc, door access, cctv and other related application via online chat, social media and phone.
- Communicate with customer in understand technical problem and solving issue.
- Responsible to report & document problem for troubleshoot , implementation, solutions.
- Responsible to assist and analyze problem and gain idea to resolve issues.
- Able to install, implement, service and troubleshooting for PC, Door Access and CCTV related items.(Will Provide Training)
- Basic Knowledge for Network & Cabling Infrastructure (If no Experience on this section, we will provide training)
- Ability to work in solo and team play environment with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in office, onsite to customer company and outstation trip.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Full Time and Internship are welcome.
- 5.5 working days.
- 2 Full Time position available
