Responsibilities
- Source for quality and cost-effective raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, services and other materials.
- Collaborate and ensure continuous supply of raw and packaging materials to support daily production requirements for factories under the group.
- Analyse quantity needed for production and plan materials purchase.
- Issuance of PO, document filing and data entry for all purchasing documentation
- Plan, coordinate and follow up with supplier on delivery and shipment date of materials to ensure daily production requirements are achieved.
- Liaise with Freight Forwarder and apply Import Permit for incoming shipment.
- Support and collaborate with other relevant departments to meet products requirement, marketing campaign, operational matters
- Conduct Supplier Assessment for new and existing suppliers
- Maintain positive relations with existing suppliers.
Requirements
- Preferably 2 years working experience in related fields
- SPM or Diploma or Degree in related fields
- Possess own transport and able to travel within Klang Valley
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently
- 5 days week
