Inventory Assistant

Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory from purchase requisition to customer invoice, which includes

  • Issue PO
  • Negotiation with supplier on pricing and delivery
  • Issue Job Sheet for internal assembly work
  • Update master file with Jobsheets and Purchase Invoice
  • Assist customer service inquiries.
  • Determine current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans.

 Requirements:

  • Teachable
  • Proven experience as inventory planner or similar position.
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
