- Able to handle Information Counter / Concierge Counter in shopping malls
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaint via phone or face-to-face contact.
- To monitor floor operations and oversee promotion setup and events performance.
- Handling all services/facilities provided at the Information Counter (baby stroller, wheelchair, umbrella, portal, paging).
- Assist in all marketing redemption promotions and keep records of all transactions.
- Assist Advertising & Promotions Department in data entry of customers’ profile.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Diploma in any field.
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude with good communication skill.
- Willing to work on shifts, public holidays and 6 days week.
- Able to converse and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional communication language in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles and practice, relevant computer applications.
- Candidate must be willing to work on shifts.
- At least one year of working experience in Customer Service.
