Job Responsibilities :
Product Development
- Work closely with the respective internal stakeholders such as IT and Sales to continuously develop the product in tune with customer and market requirements
- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Recommends future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Partnerships
- Be responsible for developing new partnerships with organizations that are able to provide product extensions or seek collaboration.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables, develop process flows and customer journey and project management to meet set timelines.
- Work closely with departments such as Legal, IT and Finance to ensure that they are aligned with the partnership requirements.
Campaign Planning & Sales Support
- Working with the Head of Product and Marketing to develop product campaign strategies.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Developing communication and training for all Sales and Frontline team to update them on the latest product and campaign updates.
- Assisting the Head of Product and Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market plans and work with internal stakeholders to execute them.
- Analyzing and develop potential partner relationships for the product.
Reporting and Analytics
- Closely monitor all relevant KPIs against target set.
- Track the results of all campaigns to ascertain the ROMI.
- Prepares information for management reports by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, reports and analyses.
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing from a reputable University.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience with a proven track record in a Business or Product role, preferably from eCommerce, financial services or telco industries.
- You are someone who is comfortable in working in working within a small team and are able to work independently.
- Good helicopter view (developing a vision) yet hands-on when required (delivering results and solving problems).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent and to the point communicator.
- Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and market.
