Job Description:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be building, managing and leading our digital marketing team. You are responsible to promote company mobile value-added services via affiliate networks and ad networks and analyse results to optimize conversions and commercial performance.
What will you be doing?
- You are to lead the team to ensure the team able to hit the targeted ROI.
- Make good judgment on the ROI of each campaign and reach targeted sales.
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships with existing and new network affiliates.
- Provide campaign analysis’s inputs to affiliate networks to optimise and improve sales performance.
- Conduct market research for development/enhancement of service.
- Constantly provide input for development of new product and marketing materials.
- You will need to be able to solve issues timely despite short notice manner.
- To integrate and work closely with Affiliate Partners.
- Liaise closely with business development team members in implementing a cohesive and integrated strategy.
- Initiate other digital marketing activities that contribute to sales.
To be a suitable candidate for this role, you will need to possess the followings:
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.
- Possess advance skills in excel and able to work with large data sets quickly, accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and research skills to ensure the quality of sales.
- Good team player to collaborate with team members.
- Strong communication skill in English as you are dealing mostly with foreign affiliate partners as well as good command in Mandarin (writing) as we are dealing with Affiliate from China.
- Strong social skills to establish and develop successful business partnerships with affiliate partners.
- Very proactive and taking initiative to solve the campaign inquiries and issue.
