General Accounting function

·        Preparation of full set of accounts and provide monthly reporting (balance sheet , profit & loss and cash flow schedule)

·        Reviewing work of team members to ensure timely recording of financial information & follow up on outstanding issues

·        Familiar with Autocount Accounting Software will be added advantage

·        Preparation and co-ordination of cashflow forecast

·        Responsible for company staff payroll

·        Monitor the account payable (AP), receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), fixed asset (FA), bank reconciliation, staff claim

·        Responsible for monthly SST

·        Responsible for withholding tax where applicable

·        Liaise with bankers, tax agent, auditors, company secretary, government authorities(i.e KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc)

·        To assist management decision by providing financial information and advice

·        Any ad-hoc assignment as and when required that management assign from time to time
