1 Salary Structure ,Bonus review and monthly payroll
2 Recruitment of new staff
3 Training Management
4 Performance management review
5 Work permit , ISO and company licenses
6 Communication -internal and external by verbal and writing
7 Monitor Corporate Governance policy
8 Control and monitor General expenses
B : Account Division
1 Support Management Strategy
2 Cash Flow Management
3 Banking facility funding
4 Annual Budget forecast : Monitor Sales order,Sales and P/Loss result
5 Financial Reporting to HQ and MAP
6 Coordinate and able to negociate with external Auditor
7 Monitoring on project costing and gross profit rate with Engineering department
8 Close monitor on customers payment able to communicate and meeting with customer
9 Review and approve payment for staff claim and vendors
10 Communicate with HQ and MAP finance and business planning division
