Sales Coordinator/Administrator

Bukit Mertajam

· Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

· Present monthly reports

· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

· Inform of unforeseen delays or problems

· Identify shortcomings and propose improvements

· Preparation of sales order, packing list, invoices

· Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed


Job requirements:

· Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator and administrative positions will be considered;

· Good computer skills (MS Office and Excel)

· Proficiency in English and Chinese

· Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
