Responsibilities:

Student Programmes

  1. Oversees and monitors the attendance details of various programmes and projects organised by the Student Affairs Department,
  2. Provides weekly update for the Merit & Demerit programme of the school,
  3. Oversees the Compassion Projects of the Junior & Senior School by ensuring that there are teachers available to accompany the students. Accompany the students on the Compassion Projects when there are no teachers available,
  4. Prepares awards and/or token of appreciations for the various student programmes,
  5. Handles logistics for field trips and camps.
  6. Activities/Event Coordinator
  7. Organises and prepares for various Junior & Senior School activities and events, inclusive but not limited to:
  • Prefects Installation Ceremony
  • Parents Orientation Day
  • Students Orientation Day
  • Founder's Birthday celebration
  • Awards Day (s)
  • Sports Day
  • Teachers’ Day
  • Year End Party
  • Career Week
  • International Week
  • Malaysia Day

Administrative Duties

  1. Creates, updates and file the various forms required by the Student Affairs Department,
  2. Works with the Head/Assistant Head of Student Affairs in organising and administration of various student programmes, activities and events,
  3. Liaises with the School’s Educational Psychologist for her sessions with selected students. This includes setting up and follow through of appointments with the Educational Psychologist, parents and students,
  4. Liaises with Designer on printing matters for the Junior & Senior School,
  5. Ensures that the Student Affairs notice board displays update news regularly.

 

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in marketing/public relations/business administration/mass communication or equivalent,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Possess minimum 1 year relevant experience in events management,
  • Good in organizing and logistics arrangement.
