  1. 负责在电话联系客户
  2. 详细记录并核实客户的咨询,疑问,分析并及时给予答复
  3. 收集客户详细资料,为其建立个案
  4. 能发挥团队合作精神
  5. 电话客服 :早班:10:00 – 19:00 早班:11:00 – 20:00; (午休时间为12:00 — 13:00 & 13:00 – 14:00)
  6. 工作地点:Megan Avenue 2, Kuala Lumpur


  1. 服务未满2年者,每年可享10天年假
  2. 服务未满2年者,每年可享14天病假
