  4. 所需技能:Microsoft Window
  5. 五天制,轮班
  6. 语言:需通晓中文及具备优秀的写作能力
  7. 年龄介于18岁至30岁


  1. 负责客户网络在线浅层咨询与答疑,针对客户咨询需求,提供有效解决方案
  2. 在线获取客户需求与客户基本信息并记录客户需求
  3. 通过咨询与方案提供,提升服务质量,提升客户对公司整体信誉度
  4. 负责首次咨询客户资源的分配,及时准确分配至顾问跟进同时反馈客户需求
  5. 负责顾问跟进回访效果的监控并随时提醒跟进
  6. 在线客服:(休息时间30分钟,由部门主管视业务需求随时调整)

早班:08:00 – 16:00(无津贴)

中班:16:00 – 00:00(可享RM10/天的津贴)

晚班:00:00 – 08:00(可享RM20/天的津贴)


  1. 服务未满2年者,每年可享10天年假
  2. 服务未满2年者,每年可享14天病假
  3. 每年度医药津贴
