Responsibilities:-
- Understanding manpower requisition from concerned department
- Prompt advertisement of job vacancies in various recruitment centres and sourcing candidates that match the desired skills
- Arrange candidates for interview and coordinate with the concerned department
- Conduct background verification of the shortlisted candidates
- Prepare appointment letter and medical check up letter to all successful candidates
- Conduct Induction training, briefing on company policies, procedures and culture upon commencement of work. Introduction of new recruit to all departments
- Proper filing of new recruits revelant documents
- Keeping track of employees attendance (annual & medical leave)
- Report any irregular attendance to the Department head
- Ability to handle workforce management - attentive to all staff welfare. Try to get constructive feedback for the company and propose corrective measures if required.
Requirements:-
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Language: Bahasa Malaysia & English (Able to converse in Chinese is an additional advantage)
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
- Counseling experience
