Provide efficient day to day secretarial and administrative support to CEO office.
To coodinate schedule , maintain appointment calendar, meeting and travel arrangements.
To maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of staff.
Organise and maintain filling system , proper records of all correspondences.
Other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
Candidate must at least a Diploma holder with minimum 2 Year(s) relevant working experience.
Computer literate particulary In Microsoft Word,PowerPoint and Excel.
Posses good writing , communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and with strong sense of responsibility.
