Mandarin Customer Support Specialist

Requirements : 

  • Posess at least SPM/ Certificate qualification
  • Good working attitude, customer service oriented, Strong in languange communication and comprehension
  • Responsible, patience, Team worker and able to collaborate 
  • Cheerful, positive, initiative, optimistic, able to work under pressure

Responsibilities : 

  • Customer assistant will be communicate with clients through inbound calls and replying email in Mandarin language, effectively clarifies client's doubt and provide consulting as to improve the satisfaction level of clients
  • As a key communicator with Taiwan's client, customer service executive must be able to handle, feedback customer's complaints and suggestion on time & assists to provide suggestion in advancing customer service flow

Location : 

Menara One Sentrum (KL Sentral Station)

Working Hours / Days : 

  • 5 days working
  • Including weekend, Chinese New Year and Malaysia Public holiday (Public holiday will have replacement leave)
  • Working hours 9 am - 6pm
