TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (5287/PD)
Our client, a leading organisation operating in the Consulting sector with a global presence, is currently searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Human Resource team in their Kuala Lumpur office.
This new role is due to their growing presence in the market. You will develop an understanding of both the current workforce and future hiring requirements. You will help to put in place and execute suitable recruitment strategies to ensure there is a strong pipeline of qualified candidates available to fill requirements in a timely fashion. You will also manage the day to day recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer administration. You will also be a key lead in Employer Branding, utilising various channels including social media, university relationship and career fairs etc. This would include speaking in various functions to promote and educate the market on your brand.
In order to be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will need excellent communications skills and the ability to influence senior level stakeholders. Your friendly and approachable character is key to influencing those around you to bring out the best in your team and candidates.
