Job Responsibilities :-

  •  Process consignment note.
  • Process NS claims.
  • Generate DO for hotel subscription copy.
  • Prepare price change & new title margin worksheet.
  • Supervise subordinate on invoice section.
  • Process third party supplier physical return  (1 supplier)
  • Oversee the invoice section to ensure smooth operation and invoices are generate timely for warehouse pick & pack.
  • Work closely with publisher service and sales team on related work process.
  • Correspond and liaise with third party supplier on shortage supply.

Requirements :-

  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of related working experience in similar capacity would be an advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
