Job Responsibilities :
- Assists customer inquiries on technical solutions.
- Act as main liaison between the sales team.
- Responsible for understanding customer needs and provide business & technical solutions.
- Developing long-term relationships with the client through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Creating and calculating client quotations.
- Providing Pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
- Making a technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required Language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (Both verbal and written).
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Strong networking and technical background in the IT field are strongly recommended.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure.
