Job Responsibilities :
- To carry out general administration works.
- To prepare the documents for runner to the post office and bank.
- monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
- perform general administrative duties including photocopy, fax, and mailing.
- Enter and check debtors and creditors invoices.
Job Requirements :
- With or Without Experience are welcomed to apply.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates based in KL (Sungai Besi) (with own transport).
- Computer & microsoft knowledge.
- Well-organised, good communication skills, positive working attitude, responsible, and punctual.
- FEMALE ONLY.
Monday – Friday : 9.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday : 9.00am – 1pm
Base: Sungai Besi Autoworld
(1min fr Selangor Turb Club)
*Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
