Position: Call Centre Customer Service Executive

工作职责:
- 通过手机及即时通信平台提供客户服务
- 能够圆滑地解决客户的投诉,必要时将投诉个案转交主管处理
- 协助特设工作组处理专案
- 系统数据输入

所需资格:
- 最低教育程度至少SPM
- 拥有良好及专业的沟通能力
- 拥有良好的言语及书写技巧
- 精通英语及华语以便与华裔客户沟通
- 能够在团队内合作
- 能够24/7轮班工作(工作日将涉及周末和公共假期)
- 精通电脑常用软件
- 拥有基本电脑故障的判断与维修知识

工作地点:Sri Damansara

月薪 + 花红( 至少1個月花紅保證)

月薪:马币 三千 起

工作时间 :能够24/7轮班工作(工作日将涉及周末和公共假期)
