Human Resource & Administration Manager (5284/PD)
A consulting firm is searching for dependable HR & Administration Manager to ensure the daily operations run smoothly.
Working closely with the Directors, you will be tasked with the set-up and development of the Human Resource & Administration function.
You will be responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the consultants are up to date with the latest market trends by ensuring they attend workshops, trainings and conventions held. You will build a strong working relationship with the key stakeholders, proactively leading in employee engagement activities for the company.
You will require a minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably with professional service firms. You will experience the start-up phase of a new firm. You will also need to be a strong communicator, able to manage the expectations of your stakeholders.
