Job Responsibilities :
- Assitant to HR and Operation Manager.
- Assist to key PO and communicate with KSC on outright order.
- To follow up on orders, back orders & outright CBD payment/credit limit.
- Keep track of sales numbers and submit daily sales update report.
- Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Posses at least a diploma.
- 2 years and above of working experience.
- Willing to learn and explore new challenges in the rapidly changing environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and basic mathematics skills.
- Able to react to the ad-hoc situation in a calm manner.
- Posses good interpersonal & communication skills, organize, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented.
- Required skills: Microsoft Excel.
