- Call and answer call from prospective customer
- Explain products and solution to customer
- Keep follow up and friendly with our prospective customer
- Handling customer inquiries and high persuasion skills
- Achieve monthly sales target set
- Possess at least SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 am - 6:30 p.m).
- Location: Kelana Jaya.
